I play on the server at least 4 hours every day. I've encountered plenty of cheaters and toxic players before. I understand mods are busy so it would be nice if I could pitch in to help keep a clean community.

Hey Shivvvy, it's nice to see an application for orange moderation.

To start off, your playtime is more than adequate with active sessions.

Punishment wise you have one comm block from over a year ago and a spray ban from 2 years ago that has been reverted.

When you did have donator for a month, your vote usage was clean and there is no indication of abuse.
Chat logs are generally clean, although there are times you could be kinder.

Your ladder otherwise is slightly too harsh, with punishments scaling rapidly towards the end.

With the rudimentary overview done, my personal experience with you on the server has been positive essentially every time. You're a good sport and enjoyable to play with or against; you're also quick to inform me of rule breakers in any regard, proving your understanding of our server's rules. I think the team would benefit from your addition and with that, good luck!

First of all, like Hsuna said way earlier, your playtime is exceptional. As of late you have put in more hours than most people do in a week, and for that I am impressed. If you were to become a moderator, you would have no trouble keeping up with troublemakers on the server.

Secondly, and by far the most important part of this review, are my concerns with your actions as of late. When you originally applied as a moderator, I had worries as to your behavior towards the younger audience that play on the server. Recently, you tend to instigate and/or target these players in order to get a rise out of them, and make it known in voice chat that this is what you are doing. Regardless of age or actions (unless warranted through their toxic behavior, etc.) we should always strive to make BLW servers a welcoming place for all. If you were to become a moderator, this is something you would need to adjust in your behavior.

Overall, I think you could become a valuable member of the moderation team in time, but with your recent actions I'm concerned. You're a great player but need to work on tuning those that annoy/irritate you out instead of instigating/targeting them.
