On what servers do you usually play on, and which servers would you like to moderate?
I usualy play on x100 and prefer playing on the european servers but can and do often play on for example the Singapore, Texas, New York servers. I am able to play and moderate any server if needed. To specify:

Why would you like to become a moderator?
I feel like helping my favourite community grow and reach better heights even if only a little by my contribution, Is a good choice to spend my free time, and Blackwonder is one of the few servers that i do play on. I hope to have fun and guide the players.

Basically daily besides the times when there are family needs, Otherwise i am available 24/7

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
I would start with punishment corresponding to the weight of the offense. For example a mute/warning, if they continue being generaly toxic i would ban for 6-8 hours depending on the offense, Next i would do 1 Day, 3 Days, 1 Week, 1 Month, Permanent.
Cheaters would be an instant perma ban after gathering the needed evidence from their POV and general observation

I tend to give younger applicants the benefit of the doubt and some time to change, but there is absolutely no reason for a grown adult well into their 20s to be speaking to people this way.
