Why should we revoke your punishment?
There wasn't a freekill. The clip shown by icos shows they had 50$ on Miami and the order was to gamble. The gambling cost 50$, so by the red not using the 50$ to gamble, they are disobeying wardens orders, and are KOS. as stated by Jailbreak rules

The orders were to "go gamble" and "You have until 8 to finish gambling." Neither of those phrases implies the reds had to constantly activate the machines (indeed such an order would eventually be impossible for the reds that ran out of money), and icos used the machine at least once before idling in the center.

What 10k said and you also fired the charged shot pretty indiscriminately.

Saying after the fact when there's a video that he had money when that's not justification either isn't very convincing that you weren't careless too.
