Overall having 65 hours in tf2 and practically no amount of hours in anything makes me very suspicious

I find it fishy that he has delt with bots yet he doesn't know how much his items are truthly worth

And.....? People are allowed to lowball. The video does not show him deceiving or manipulating in any sense; he was just lowballing. I really don't understand what the big deal is here. If you don't like his low offer, just decline and move on. He seems genuinely new to the game and his account doesn't look like an alt to me, could have just been a new player wanting a sharp dresser. I don't see why having 65 hours and trading with bots is suspicious at all either.
