2 trolls accused me of sharking, rainbowrobb joined the game, didn't look at chat logs and banned me on the spot.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
because he banned a completely innocent man, i have no intention of sharking, I have a job and i'm orthodox christian (i can show you a picture of my room as proof). at the time i was selling a FN pro ks scorchshot for the same price as backpack price and the 2 guys accused me of sharking because they had beef with me killing them when they were friendly.

1. stating my religious affiliation counters the previous allegations made against me (because it's against my religion )

2. the 2 people that initially abused !calladmins on me as of today either has their accounts deleted or quit steam cold turkey (hmm its almost as if they had nothing to lose from false reporting me).

3. regarding my previous ban appeal where it was reviews by rainbowrobb, having a friends list with some vac bans has nothing to do with me being untrustworthy, i added them because I previously traded with them, trading and cheating is two completely different things and if you view my profile (which is 4 years old) you will see there's no vacs, nobody calling me a scammer and majority nice comments. i feel this helps my case because my profile was so clean he was looking at my FRIENDS profiles for being bad people, so he banned me because my friends are bad? thats like if you send a criminal's friend to jail even though the friend did nothing.

4. rainbowrobb said I abused !calladmins when in reality im reporting 2 people falsely trying to get me banned, it's a self defense !calladmins, it's like if i call 911 on someone trying to swat me (innocent)

5. rainbwrobb said "i never owned a festive scorch shot" I did, i immediately sold it the same day or the next day on scrap.tf auctions, this is further proof he did ZERO investigating before dropping the ban hammer, he didn't even check my inventory at the time, he just listened to 2 lunatics mic spamming him, banned me now and investigated later.

6. rainbowrobb was in the server for no longer than 5 minutes, didn't review the chat messages of my pro killstreak scorch shot offer which was TEXTBOOK BACKPACK.TF PRICE and instead banned me based off the two trolls mic spamming rainbowrobb

7.rainbwrobb stating my backpack was never worth more than a few keys (at the time) is such a low blow, i was new to the game why should I spent hundreds, (at the time).

TL;DR insufficient evidence I was a scammer, rainbowrobb mainly banned me because the 2 trolls mic spamming, items moving in and out of my inventory fast (i didn't have the scorch shot 2 days after RR's reply because I sold it on scraptf auctions the same day or next day, proof he banned first and investigates a couple days later), banned me because some of my friends cheated (stay on topic i was banned for "sharking" not cheating) plus i added them for trades, said i abused !calladmins when in reality i was using !calladmins to report the 2 trolls for abusing it and finally banned me for having a cheap inventory.

my account at the time was worth under $10 or $15 and didn't have real friends only trading buddies at the time, I wouldn't be fighting this appeal for 4 years if i was guilty, if i were a scammer i would've created a new account and keep doing the evil deeds, you know who else abandoned their account easily because they had nothing to lose and is probably doing mischief on another account, the two people that false banned me.

UPDATE: jim denied the appeal, with in quote "acknowladge what I did wrong and apologize for it and you can be unbanned". apologize to whom? the two !calladmins abusers? and what wrong doing did i do when theres NO EVIDENCE? sorry for caps but this is stressing me out, it feels as if he didn't even read what i posted!
