Why should we revoke your punishment?
I tried to join the server and it said "client disconnect" so I searched the ban list and saw my account name. At the time of the ban I was using the alias "mountains twin" however, it said the reason for the ban was "[SourceSleuth] Duplicate account" I don't have duplicate accounts and I don't know why I was banned.
My brother also had the same issue when joining the server "client disconnect" so I assume it's connected to my IP address. I don't know why I'm banned, and I don't know why it's permanent.
Even if I don't get unbanned, can I at least get a reason? my discord is word#7567

These were all banned from the same non-vpn IP address for playing on the same server. We do not unban cheaters
