congrats! you have found my year+ old comm log. maybe you didn't pay attention during biology class, so here's the short and sweet: thing change. I recognize my toxic behavior and how it might have..... adversely affected a certain minority group, but at the same that is not representative of my character. my first comm block, a gag, still sits vividly with me. it was for ghosting, something I didnt know was a thing at the time. it wasn't intentional, and I never did it again. the second comm block was a mute, because I was talking over warden. that one wasn't entirely my blame, because I was trying to repeat the warden's orders over a group of loud reds. doctor might have misunderstood, but also, I have never since been punished for impersonation. from nov. 2019 to mar. 2020 I tried to help out in la jb while mods were away, with my donor privileges. as you can see I helped punish 7 people, an example of my *good* behavior (notice how robb didnt bother looking at this) the next gag was completely justified. I was a racist cunt, spouting the nword like the edgy teen I was. Since then, I've changed tho. I try to stay not-racist, which is something that i've spent quarantine working on. the next mute is for overtalk, which again I'm a bit hazy on the details but I do think it was out of spite and targeted. I wont try to convince you guys i was right because it was a votemute, so the server must have agreed with dzired. the next one (mute) confused me, because I didnt know "overtalking reds" was a rule I could break. anyways, the warden and his posse freekilled multiple people because they said they were going to call reds up by class but didnt, which resulted in reds not going up then dying. I tried to help my reds out by stating this but lox probably took it personally, lastly, the mute/gag combo. I call these last ones "the vendetta" because anyone who knows myself and 10k knows that we...... aren't friends. the first one of the vendetta duo is bs, because not only could 10k not prove I was spamming in real time thru a demo, but he also did not give me a warning. he says that since he just gave someone else a warning for spam related stuff, I should have listened, but I dont see how someone else's circumstance applies to me. teh second one (mute) is fairly justified, because I may or may not (I did) have called 10k some pretty nasty things. imo I think the mute should stay for a few more months, but I swear that the gag has taught me my lesson and I will not be the disrespectful little mongrel ape you guys think I am.

1. I said people, not staff.

2. I only searched that one term, surely you are not suggesting that is all I would find, if I was to broaden my query criteria.

3. The playtime is relevant, just to show you leave when punished. I could have shown a similar gap between June and October, seemed redundant.

4. I don't care about the time between the punishments, in this instance. If you had been playing and not being problematic, the appeal would be considered seriously. But you have 3 and 4 month gaps, and each time you return, you cause problems. So there is no reason to unleash you.

Playtime is a factor for several reasons, one of them in my opinion is it allows those on the servers (namely, us) to gauge the "change" you claim to have undergone and whether or not its legitimate. Just because a year has passed doesn't necessarily mean you've improved and matured - you could've taken up Satanism in that time for all we know. Add being banned from the discord and all the room you've given us to consider your change are your word and this appeal.

Warnings are for people who may not be aware that what they're doing is against the rules. The gag was your 13th commblock, at that point you know what you're doing and a warning is somewhat redundant.

Of the servers you've played on since the commblock, only the players on 2 of them would maybe consider reporting a player for disruption. Achievement and Hightower are mostly indifferent, and reports from jailbreak servers have more or less been shut down. As you stated yourself,

You sure love talking about my lack of "evidence," but the evidence you've demonstrated is that:
1) You still don't accept the gag as legitimate, even after a year of having it.
2) Your responses to the other staff do not support your claim to have changed.
With all that said, I'll be declining this. Cool off and show that you have a better disposition than what's been shown here and on your forum account, then we'll talk about removing your comm blocks.
