Was on jailbreak and the interaction below took place:

Warden: Ordered all reds to russian roulette and the gun got to 7 reds and killed four reds before the warden ended the game

Warden: Proceeds to order reds to small enclosed space and turns on friendly fire or meatgrinder.

Admin: Slays warden and says that the first game was not completed adequately.

Was this slay justifiable?

From what I know, meatgrinder is mainly intended as a way to break stalemates or quickly end things if the time is running out.
We've had people purposefully play a minigame, then stop it as soon as one person dies, just so they can bypass the rule that "meatgrinder can't be the first minigame" and then play meatgrinder. It's low-effort, and kinda goes against what JB is meant to be.
JB was intended to be a roleplaying/social experiment where you can rebel or follow orders and play games.
What's the point of rebelling if the round is over within 2 minutes?
What's the point of having a map full of minigames if you don't use them?
Is it any different from having blus commit MFK every round? Since it's essentially a free-for-all...

Pretty much this. I tried to warn him not to start it over voice chat but got drowned out, and he turned ff on before I could get a message typed out.
It was also just a slay. Kinda making a mountain out of a molehill here.

It'd be great if meat grinder could be set to.. low time on the round, or even a certain percentage of Reds left (like 5 out of 20 left). That way its not used at times when a game is fully played, but there's still 16 still remaining.

Feels like overcomplicating it, just don't play a minigame just to play meat grinder, common sense lol :)
