[RTD]: Remove RTD chat Clog.

First to clear up any queries im not saying remove RTD (too many ppl have already requested that)

My request is to remove RTD filling up the chat or give a option to disable seeing RTD msg's. the same way with !sounds

They clog up the chat and make it hard to look through conversations and previous msg's

Maybe give an option to toggle it off, but I, for one, would like some prior warning when a powerplay is about to roll in.

I have Never seen someone complaining about RTD spam. But if this is really a problem, then I'm only for adding an option to disable it. Players should know what rtd player have rolled. Otherwise, unprepared people will be confused seeing magic.

If the RTD does become annoying, please make a suggestion to add a toggle. I'll be closing this thread due to the downvotes.
