In jb during a rtd day, its posible to get bats. If a red kills a blue with bats are they kos? And if a blu ends up killing a red with bats because they got too close is this freekill and the blu should slay?

If the red is intentionally trying to kill the blue, yes. if he is just there and a blue goes to him and dies thats his fault.
Same thing for the guard. if he is just frozen and a red wants to give him a hug and he dies thats his fault.
