Hey, it's me again.

Could I be provided with a clear reasoning(as the whole situation is confusing and I don't even know the entire reason) for my ban to be pursued on Blackwonder?

Originally it was Harassment and 'Doxxing'. I did harass, yes, in one of my appeals Viking34 said "A simple apology and promise to change the spray might have worked considering how little of it happened on our servers" I still don't remember ever getting told to change the spray back then, just got hit with an instant ban, no warning, no nothing. I did apologise, I'm pretty sure I apologised about a month before my second appeal(I had played with Doc.2u2 in Casual for a short amount of time where I ultimately apologised for harassing). But I have not 'doxxed' still, I am not going to be convinced that I supposedly 'doxxed' by making some Steam group(irrelevant to Blackwonder anyways) and having a spray(which I never got told to change, never got warned still. I do not see how any of this is 'doxxing'..)

Anyways, I know the reason to keep me banned, you don't have any viable evidence for the claims you construct of me 'doxxing'. All it is, is that the majority of Blackwonder Staff team is corrupt and also hate me.

I check the forums occasionally, I saw how the same corrupt Staff team permanently banned a person that retired on Blackwonder. Literally the reasoning was for "left the community"

I still don't really see how I can't just get unbanned, I never 'doxxed'. I harassed a little, apologised. Could have unbanned me, kept me permanently gagged and muted and even permanently spray banned me(which is justified for my chatlogs and VC) and not to mention, I was possibly the most active player on Dodgeball(where all this drama originated) for several months. But instead have a group vote with the Staff team and since majority dislike me for how I used to act immaturely and then keep me banned without seeing my development, not even seeing me in half a year or so. Seemingly forever.

Why don't or can't you all believe in redemption. Everyone can make some serious mistakes, and everyone can change and redeem themselves. Why not give me the chance to prove I changed?

If fair and able to, discuss this with me in private, for possibly additional information, I'd like to talk to some Staff about this. Last time I didn't even get a chance to respond(on my third appeal) as I was away and the thread got locked.

Updated the ban reason for clarification, short version is that they constantly posted that they were "leaving," then kept coming back a few days later.
That said, is getting rejected by one of the main db admins AND a manager not enough for you? Cry corruption all you want, no one's going to magically overturn that.

No, getting rejected is not enough considering I have not doxxed, which is a part of my reasoning. Harassed a little bit in the past, back when I was still fairly immature but I wouldn't say to the point of receiving a permanent ban. I literally don't see any good evidence for keeping me banned, there was only the 2 things which I mentioned and talked about earlier already.

You're all just keeping me banned due to hatred to me and never even giving me a chance to prove I have changed.

Considering you all just assume it's dangerous to let me play, You act like I have been fully in control in these situations. I'm not for pinning it on other people but I can guarantee that, though my fault the harassment even happened. It wouldn't have happened without people, and all the things involved.

Rather than going by context of the situation, just say I am the dangerous one and that I should be banned, completely unaware of how other people secretly act.

But you just went with the easy route, no good enough evidence, but just keep me banned. I will not be able to do anything of course, and nobody will defend me since you have all the power. But consider being fair.

I was talking with KiTty a little bit last night, how I will try to appeal, considering the chances of me getting declined is basically 90% due to the bias towards me.

He later told me he sent a message on this forum, though it has not been showed, it looks like you are choosing to ignore what he says and hiding it. Why is this the case?

Look, sometimes you can't get what you want, you want to keep me banned. Sometimes you just have to let it slide, especially if you're at the point of not even letting other people defend me.

I am a fan of your servers, would like to and would play if I had the chance to, I would not do anything bad anymore. I can't even, if say, you unban me, gag me, spray ban me. What could I possibly even do to result in it being too dangerous for me to be able to play again? All I'd be able to do is just play the game.

Haven't looked deeply enough into the situation to determine whether the doxxing accusation is valid, but what I can see from a cursory glance is that you are severely downplaying the harassment side of your ban, something that is not indicative of someone who's actually changed and regrets their actions, only the consequences.

So first of all for you and everyone who does not know what happend, Revo have been participating in harassing, doxxing/spreading private infomation and sharing images through ingame sprays and a steamgroup he made of a fellow player called Doc for months.

You made a steam group dedicated to targeted harassment and general hate. The last time this happened we didn't just ban a single player, we eradicated every single player associated with the group from our servers. Your willingness to do that to anyone, for any reason, makes your very presence an unacceptable risk to the rest of our playerbase no matter what form it takes.

The thing about change is it requires some evidence that it actually happened, not just the individual and some of his friends claiming it has. I'm not seeing much of it at the moment, and as someone who's been in a similar position themselves I would know.

You and your friends have failed to produce even a shred of evidence this is the case despite being openly invited to make a report by Viking. If there is something deeper going on, which I doubt, that offer still stands.

Viking is one of the most objective staff members I know, and even he turned you down. It doesn't get much fairer then that, what you're seeking is favorable bias.

We generally don't allow people to post on appeals other than the client and staff unless they have actual evidence to add to it. Someone giving a baseless vouch, especially someone with a record as spotty as KiTty's, will never be considered without hard evidence to back it up.

Sorry, but you lost that privilege when you started bullying other people with your friends. Unbanning you even with other punishments intact would still encourage that behavior, there are plenty of ways to get around mutes and gags. Such as a Steam group, for example!

We will not be unbanning you for any reason in the near future. If you attempt to appeal further during the year 2025, your forum account will simply be closed. Declined.
