Invalid Reporting an admin

I was recently on the Blackwonder TX server on TF2, and the admin (I think) JOHN CENA was micspamming some random song really loud and freekilling everyone. Thanks -TheDiamondSunset

We have no admin named JOHN CENA and you didn't use the right format.
