Url is a precaution to identify the player just in case more info is needed other than a name.

His account was obviously a newly created one and if we want information we can just find his Steam Id and then get his url easily. I dont think we need much more information other than that. And even if the admins would have needed to find information about him, there wouldn't find anything more important.
