What rules has the reported player broken?
Vid 1 : You can see in the beginning that Wizard is clearly in cell, force baiting. but then Spaghetti turns on ff to kill him, you can see that ziem killed the other guy in the cell for no reason and the warden did illegal ff.

Vid 2 : Wizard, Clearly baited in the beginning but thankfully killed.

At 0:40, you can see Ziem not being with warden. 1:29 Massfeehitting. 2:44 freehiiting a demo.

4:52 Ziem,,freekilling a scout.
At 6:16 you can see the demo facing the wall but still killed by Ziem.

6:40 Wizard freekilling
6:55 Wizard mass freekilling because he force baited.
7:10 Spaghetti illegal ff.

[Overkill]

Wizard banned for 3 days MFK and permanently team banned. Ziemniak is banned for 3 day and permanently team banned for mass free hitting and free killing.

In Spaghetti's case though, he was trying to give orders when his guards were rule breaking, and he opened ff for a valid reason which was to kill the guards that were free killing. Still gonna be a 1 day team ban because he didn't ask the guards to kill themselves first + left it open long enough for reds to kill each other.
