While he does seem to love dropping F-bombs, I see no outward toxicity in his logs. There's only one example of him outwardly cursing at a player, and given that his messages ten minutes prior up to the time of him saying it were, "DUDE I'm friendly," "Why?" "Oof" and "D:" it paints a pretty clear picture that somebody was killing him just to frustrate him and get a reaction.

If you have a demo that shows him actively being toxic I'll take a look at it, but given that for all his playtime the only toxic thing about him is his French, I won't be punishing this player.

I'll leave this open for other admins to tell me I'm wrong, but if there's no response by either admin or Bigunit by tomorrow I'll be declining this report.
