There isn't any context as to what he's done so I have no idea why you keep votemuting him. If it's because the mute is invalid and he's getting muted for the wrong reason then skipping it is fine in some cases.
Would be nice for some background on the situation.

Wanka, the story is that he was getting muted by another donor (blyster) for overtalking warden. He then immidiately left and joined back to avoid the mute. Then started recording and call the vote myself.

I honestly should've know better and recorded the whole thing when he first joined the server since this is not the first he has done this. Apologies.

So if you feel like invalidating I understand.
