What is the reason of the report? He was offfending the other players and generally being racist. (Maybe a death threat on 0246?)

Any other proof you have No, but i do have something to add to theses evidences. Since i don't feel comfortable sending a 1-hour long demo, i sent 5 screenshots showing vivzie being racist. All the text is in Brazilian Portuguese, since i was playing on a Brazilian server.
