After scrolling through nearly 150 thousand ticks of the demos provided with no tick numbers given to me to see (which is always nice to have), I didn't see any instances of cheating, mainly because you were literally AFK in spawn for more than half of the duration on BOTH demos, and only spectated the player very little. There is not enough evidence in these demos to punish him, so I'm declining this.
