I know no proof has been provided in this report. But I personally can vow that this is most likely true. I've banned a guy who keeps returning on alts but under the same name '[VALVE] Twilight Sparkle'.
However, since we still need the demo, we cannot take actions until this has been provided.

Lots of evidence of them cheating but not on blackwonder servers.

Unfortunately, I don't think linking a Youtube channel with Hacking vids is considered as sufficient evidence.
Since there's not really a way to know for sure that the person who owns the channel is the actual accused.

Watching one of his vids he does use the same name, but even then. Is it really proofing it's him?
