First Report So Not The Best

Freekilled me so i did a voteslay. then after he saw the vote, mass free killed,tried to turn on ff before suiciding.

I eventually did a votemute = guard ban and he left after he saw this occur.

I don't believe this is valid enough evidence. The console could show anything from mass freekill to killing people outside their cells on outside cell rebel day. While he may have done what you say, there's no way to tell from the screenshot.
