The 1st link : I don't see anything suspicious but only at 1:19
The 2nd link : completely useless, it only shows you calling admin and being salty (so admins you don't have to waste 5 minutes watching it)

Next time spectate him when you're recording, type /speclist_hideme so that they won't know that their spectating them or you can call me to record him. Imo this is definitely not enough proof.

Declined due not enough evidences. Next time spectate someone when you're recording, we cannot see if the player is cheating or not like this. Type "sm_speclist_hideme" in console to hide yourself. And if it possible, use Demo to record.
