What is the reason of the report? Another player, who stated they were 16 and was going through a bad mental break, stressed out about love and their future life, was given words of encouragement by other players. However, to fort proceeded to repeatedly tell this player (over voice chat) that things were hopeless, to kill themselves etc. When called out, he tried to play it off as a joke. He was then vote-silenced and left.
Any other proof you have Sadly, it happened too fast for me to get a screenshot or recording going, and it mainly happened in voice chat, a few hours ago. However, I do have the username and steamID of the person who was told to commit suicide. For this player's privacy, especially since they are a minor, I will not post it here, but I can provide the username and ID to an admin, if you'd like to reach out and get their side of the story.
