I recently joined the server but what I got is that he was constantly freekilling reds.

1. I wouldn't just take people's words on that.

2. For any freekill-related report, we need to see the whole round, as the people 'freekilled' could be kos from a previous order. Does it look like freekill? Absolutely. It's just not definitive enough to warrant a punishment.
