What rules has the reported player broken?
Has been freekilling / greifing for a few rounds that everyone had enough so I vote muted him, then he vote dodged and rejoined. I started recording, redid vote and he left and came back again.

I votemuted him a third time after freekilling yet again and he vote dodged...

From what I can tell, there is clearly a lack of evidence to support that he mass freekilled and though he did avoid a mute, players are allowed to do so if they feel it's unjust.
Though I don't doubt they've broken a few rules as I have them gagged for a month, insufficient evidence means that I can't properly punish them.
