Yes, I was there and saw that happen including illegal FF. I am not sure if you read the rule or not.

Perhaps my voice wasn't clear, or it could be that the bits of over talk may've caused some confusion for the cell wars and it could be seen as illegal FF. I announced cellwars, the orders may've been a bit fast as I didn't want rebellers as there was constant rebelling the previous rounds due to the previous warden.
