What rules has the reported player broken?
This guy was playing a banned minigame of shoot or don't shoot. I was repeatedly telling him that they can activate third person but he said that all reds must do !fp. The problem is that any command with / can make you commands invisible to other players. That's how I initiate my mutes and gags. I explained this to him and he still continued to do it but stand very far away so that third person reach won't make him visible. I am still concerned due to the fact that Shoot or Don't Shoot is a banned minigame.
