If you check through his chat history - you will see it consists of pure cancer.
He is constantly bragging, insulting, spamming.

Search his chat and you will find N word.
Search his chat and you will find that insults are very frequent.
Search his chat and you will find that spam is MOST Of the chat history.
He is also frequently changing his nickname. I assume that it's done to avoid aggro on him.

Checked on bans and seen that there are no punishments done towards this person(While there should be) and this person was constantly toxic for playtime of 6 days?

(and don't tell me that the reason of report is invalid)

Refrain from being toxic on reports and in general or you'll only get yourself punished again.

Other than him calling you a noob, there isn't really much insulting but he is spammy.
