Any other proof you have Super sniper claimed to be from the US, but his ping never dropped below 270, and always spoke in VERY broken english.
He rolled a form of Power Play that never went away, which he used to steal all the metal from me and my friend (at one point he had 7000+ metal while my friend and I had a combined total of 300)
After we tried to buy the +1 dispenser upgrade, he yelled in chat something about 1600 metal, and no dispensers.

I don't see him without this infinite powerplay you claim and his chatlogs are mostly just empty vague threats of ooga booga vac ban.

I'll give him a temporary gag but you need to post normal evidence next time and post his actual steamid, not his username (type status in console or google it).
