What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:0:54699824

What is the reason of the report? at the end of every round this person joins spec mode then at the start of the next round joins which ever team has the class most likely to win, if theres no open slot he waits until there is. he does this the entire time on the server, everytime he joins.

Any other proof you have server log should show this, if not tell we what kind of proof you need and i'll get it
