Any other proof you have I came back to this being played and (since text chat wasn't shown during recording) started asking how long he's been playing that (people have been saying 5 - 8 minutes) and asked if he could stop, but then starts to refuse and saying things like "I came to make sessions fun" etc. But since it's basic server rules, I've been trying to tell him that they're basic server rules and then started getting snappy at me, when it's not me that is following basic guidelines. (Video has about 4+ minutes of the situation while I'm talking to him about it) Votemute was attempted, but failed.
