What rules has the reported player broken? Whenever Splendid was chosen as warden randomly he'd instantly enable friendly fire illegally plus he'd just unwarden right after, it gets really annoying and he doesn't even use his mic, i doubt he has one since i've never seen him use it.

Just to answer your question he does have one. But I kinda expected him to pop up here sometime but never really got him redhanded...
