Spip got warned and has been told to lower his mic and A-Train got warned for weapon exploit

F I S H and desgoos are spared for now because spies were friendlies and didn't cause chaos, a lot of players didn't care about it but sniper did and he got rid of them easily

Scoob will not get warned or muted because his mic was fine and sounds like a man(aka mark) was talking and not playing loud and bad quality music
