I'm pretty sure that if they use that hard "er", or like Herald said, in a racist manner, it is racism. Dusk even said so himself too. It matters what context they use it in, as they could mean the N word as another for their way for saying "guy" or "dude"

Regardless if it was racist or not his chatlogs were pretty vulgar. Player will be punished.
