Sadly, I cannot ban him for cheating due you wasn´t spectating him in 1st person, so i´m not sure if headshots were legit or not.

ok next time i try to remember doing it

but well sometimes he bodyshoot me which was noticable low dmg with overheal but if he headshotted me i was instantly down even with 150k demomen which has even 50% extra taken dmg reduced on shield
