What rules has the reported player broken?
superalv123 is inside blue spawn room hitting a medic at tick 9000, and kills me at tick 19000. I also warn superalv at tick 7500 but unfortunately he does not read my warning

sans is also inside the blue spawn room hitting people with the holiday punch while saying "happy" at tick 19000

Kira goes inside spawn room shooting rockets at everyone during tick 1000
