What rules has the reported player broken?
Samsung (Spunj) mass free killed 2 rounds, the first being the previous round. Herbert (Purple) came in and was being annoying mocking people and once Spunj was killed I already suspected him being the next free killer and yep he was. Also Spunj decided to spam "Nigger" in chat after I finished recording.

Spunj has already been silenced, I will do the same thing with Purple.
however, I can't review demos due to intense crashing, so I'll leave the massfreekilling issue to another admin @Jim
