Im afraid screenshots are insufficient proof of abuse. For all we know, the target couldve been racist in chat just before this and Sam was just joking about the whole steam chat thing. A demo or some other video evidence is generally required in these cases to punish the player, please provide such proof or this may be declined.

As @10000 Cold Knights said, we do not see screenshots as sufficient evidence when it comes to donor abuse.
