He switched to Engi after I swapped to spectator. Me and Windows XP were sus of him as he was prefiring spots we were about to walk out of but stopped at.

I've reviewed the demo 10k has provided.
5900 there was an obvious snap on the demoman
7350 seems a bit off although it could just be client-sided lag, keeping it nonetheless
20900 he locked onto the demoman on the final frame, killing him
35750 he was going for the scout but snapped towards the soldier

after reviewing each tick presented above multiple times I can say that the suspected player was cheating. Banned, thank you for reporting.
