This screenshot doesn't provide enough proof. Also there isn't anyone named Razor that is an admin here. And do you have proof of them hacking?

I didn't grab any video proof, I know hes not an admin, obviously but he ran that command and the server went down

My theory is that he did some kind of exploit to crash the server and did "!killserver" in chat to seem as if that was a command that crashed it. I'll send this to bene to see if he can figure out how the server crashed and if the dude had some type of involvement.

Evidence is not clear yet suspicion as fuck, but I talked to bene and he said to perma ban for now.
