I am not certain if this is a legitimate report; the accused un-wardened after stating Out of Cell Rebel day, and Lava Day, then re-wardened without saying "Previous warden's orders apply".
I am of the belief that if any warden is killed, unwardens, disconnects or is fired, the next warden MUST say "Previous warden's orders apply". If this isn't stated, then all the previous orders, whether you were the previous warden or not, will no longer apply.
