What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:34715024
What is the reason of the report?
( I'm not completely confident if it's punishable that he wasn't spawnkilling himself but rather encouraging enemies to stay in spawn with an invincible enemy sniper sitting outside. )
Breaking Orangex3 Map Rule:
Do not spawncamp / assisting in spawncamp
Ticks:
5850 (if you slowdown enough you can see him hit into enemy spawn to gather uber in order to assist in spawn camping.)
10700 (slowdown a bit and he uses his melee range to reach into enemy spawn, hit a player to get another uber to assist in camping.)
I'd recommend slowing down to 40% on these exact ticks as the players move and act fast.
