Alright. This is quite a finnicky one in my opinion.
After viewing the footage a multitude of times, I've come to the conclusion that this player has cheated. His behaviour is rather odd, and his flicks are rather inconsistent.
One moment, for example, he aims at the top part of the fort, but ends up flicking down to headshot a heavy that just came out through the bottom door.
From what I see, yes, it's either a lot of skill and luck, as the flicks just don't add up with skill imo, or a hotkey-activated triggerbot and aimbot with a small activation FOV.
I don't want to weigh other communities posts too much, but in this case, my conclusion of the footage and the thread match up.
