Just so I have something to say he was asked multiple times to change his name by multiple people, and It's not harmless since him having a similiar name actually prevented me from starting a vote on him.

I mean, where is the admin abuse? Some guy said, "I won't votekick you if you change your name," and considering that you could just type out the full name of the person to votekick, there is nothing wrong here. Also, seeing through walls like that is a map problem, If he constantly abuses it, I mean, maybeeeeeeeee I could ban him for exploiting but not with a one time thing like this. Anyways, ban closed.
