Flowerboy - Disrespecting players, illegal friendlyfire (turns it on before announcing), turning on friendlyfire with intention of REDs NOT fighting, stickytrapping, mass freekilling
If it counts I would also add 'Attempting and succeeding with a pure favouritism custom minigame with a bias against heavies.
Marttimer - False calling - Wanka has been in the server with this player after the events in the demos; he's witnessed this player making false calls, or at least attempting to.
Bengo - Light spam in chat
Grim Plague - Favouring a player that was AFK from the start of the round instead of killing them

Demo 1 contains evidence on all above users
Demo 2 contains the evidence against Flowerboy regarding the mass freekilling.
Both demos freeze near the end as I tab out to report in Reqhelp. Demo 1 cuts back in and contains a voteslay against Flowerboy, indicating he may have freekilled while I was tabbed out. I did not start the vote against him.
In demo 2, there is a stickytrap line placed across the concrete line in the cell area, and then Flowerboy detonates the stickies. He does not kill the other REDs that aren't in or out of the marker, indicating an unjustified killing of REDs. The rest of the REDs are killed shortly after by more stickies, by other BLUs that are defending themselves, or by BLUs killing people that ran off the line to run from the stickies.
