I don't think the overtalk was that bad honestly, given that cappie repeated themself and everyone else actually quieted down. The only person that really 'overtalked' was Mudjay, who I've muted. The rest were simply telling him to be quiet, which everyone did quiet down, and cappie gave some pretty clear repeats. No harm, no foul on the other overtalkers.

Did punish mars for micspam and cappie for freekilling though.
