Regardless of the not fully healed red, pretty sure doing jump for LR once some people finished and the rest are still doing the game isn't ok.

I looked at the demo and see no signs of favortism all i really see that might be a problem is me forgetting to make reds go to medic before climb but no one died so i made them do jump for lr which is legal

Reds are entitled to healing before playing a minigame that does HP damage. In addition, though your "Jump for death" order did give them fair warning as to what you were trying, I doubt that medic still in the minigame was factored in when you were determining who jumped first, considering you didn't even have Line of Sight to him.
