What rules has the reported player broken?
He's using exploit that lets you have upgrades from weapons that are not in other weapons. Mit used this exploit to have fire on sniper primary and i know for fact that snipers primary doesn't have fire upgrade. I know how this exploit is done and i have made video about it sometime ago, and i can give the link to it if needed.
