What rules has the reported player broken?
Both were delaying round + being friendly, both were disrespecting me for an older report (Against Herp105.4 and YourPalHal) and Melanie was micspamming a music.

Music isn't micspam first of all. Micspamming is meaning repeating a song, phrase, a word, noise etc to irritate someone using their mic. Secondly, we weren't exactly disrespecting you just annoyed you reported our friends, this is also an M rated game. Even the classes aren't respectful to each other why should players? Sorry to burst your bubble, but playing music IS mic spam and can get you muted for quite a long time. Second, the 'no disrespect' rule exists to stop kids using racism and vulgar language to directly insult others.

Music is music not mic spam, there's a reason "spam" is used in the word, anyways. Make a separate rule for the racism, everyone is bound to get disrespectful with vulgar language it's nature for some people, especially kids. You can't really stop it.

It doesn't matter what you say, music on mic is considered micspam on THIS server. The disrespect rule reduces cluster.

It's common sense to respect fellow players. If you can't follow this simple rule, avoid using any sort of communication.
Just because the game itself has classes that have some lines directed towards the other, doesn't mean you can do the same to players.

As for Music in voice chat, it CAN be considered mic spam. Since not everyone likes the music one is playing, or anything else that may be wrong with said music. It can be too loud, racist, inappropiate, etc etc. And yes, people could mute the player that is playing the music, but I'm not a fan of how this is always being pointed out, acting like it's the main solution.

Now to the report itself.
The screenshot provided doesn't prove (to me) any sign of disrespect towards you, as he didn't call you any names, but on a more relaxed way asked you to leave. Which you can obviously ignore.

As for the demo:
Melanie will receive a 8hr mute for spamming inappropriate music.
Chairius will receive a 4hr gag for disrespecting other players

And both players will on top of this also receive a 2hr ban for delaying the round.

Actually music is indeed micspam. The only audio that shoud be playing in your microphone is your voice only. Anything else is considered mic spam

Thank you very much for the support, about the screenshot, below, you can see Chairius saying 'Mario is gay', i'm not sure if he was talking about me or Nintendo's character, but i took it as an offense.
