Provided by the link, it does say otherwise to the contrary of this report. But again, this is my side of the story.
If I was definitely in the wrong, then I should have probably not said anything due to just taking one set of information from one admin instead of asking others.

As far as I'm bothered, Random Day is not a Free for All because the majority of effects last for only a few seconds. So in this instance, I'd ban markk.
However in the demo, the Spy he ended up killing was actively trying to kill the BLU Spy and even managed to get one or two hits on him from what I saw, making him a rebel and making his death justified.
