I reported this player for cheating a few months ago, he got banned but he got the appeal to unban him.
He still hacks on blackwonder servers, but now his account is properly Vac Banned, so I guess it would be nice to have him banned again. Thanks.

We can't punish him without evidence he's cheating. If he's been VAC banned from TF2 we shouldn't have to worry about him again anyway.
